About YouFirst

Therapy Your Way, at YouFirst

YouFirst Women's Health & Wellness was created in 2021 by Dr. Jaime Bicknell PT, DPT.

After years of treating patients in a hospital outpatient setting, Dr. Bicknell realized there were issues with healthcare provider awareness and referral for women's health physical therapy services. She also quickly realized that in her rural town, access to care was limited. This was only made worse during the COVID-19 pandemic.

At that time she was in spired to seek alternative methods to treat and educate her patients, but wanted to touch more than just those of her local community.

With the support of her husband and daughters, she created a welcoming space in their home to treat in a private, comfortable setting making treatment much more personal.

Don't be surprised if you get greeted by her two doodles, Divot and Cal!
